The level of safety in your building is directly related to the level of service you receive from your fire safety company. That's why we include the following services as a standard part of our service agreement:

Underwriters' Laboratories of Canada testing procedures for Fire Alarm Systems as required by the British Columbia Fire Code
Underwriters' Laboratories of Canada certification of your Fire Alarm System
Education, training and forms for daily and monthly inspections (to be conducted by your staff) of all fire safety equipment, as required by British Columbia Fire Code and individual manufacturers
Approved Fire Safety Plan outline including such topics as
- Objectives of the Fire Safety Plan
- Fire Safety Directors and Duties
- Building Description, Safety Features and Operation of Safety Systems
- Instructions to Occupants In Case of Fire
- Floor Plan Samples
- Legal Basis for Fire Safety Planning
- Occupant Fire Prevention, Preparedness and Control
A binder containing the Fire Safety Plan Outline, procedures, services and reports
Information on Fire Drill and Evacuation procedures
Evaluation of first aid requirements for your building
One, free 1/2 hour consultation on any of your safety concerns or needs
Quotes on annual inspections, repair work, and other safety needs
A pro-active maintenance program designed to maximize safety and minimize cost
Competitive, fixed pricing on inspections and materials, with a signed service agreement
Reasonable, 24-Hour Emergency Call Out rates, as defined in our service agreement

You will receive these services from Sterling Fire & Safety Services Ltd., for virtually the same amount you are paying for just an annual inspection.
