Annual Inspection Fire Alarm System Fire Extinguishers Standpipes and Fire Hoses Emergency Light Units Additional services (please check applicable) Annual Service Agreement - This specifies labour costs, parts costs, testing standards, Emergency Call Out rates, and safety equipment to be inspected and maintained. Fire Safety Plan - This outlines all your requirements under the British Columbia Fire Code for occupant safety. By implementing this plan, you will greatly increase the level of safety in the building without the installation or maintenance of new equipment. Cost Reduction Plan - During the Annual Inspection, we make note of all possible cost effective ways to maintain current safety levels. In some cases, the savings cover the cost of the Annual Inspection. Staff Training - During the Annual Inspection, we will train your staff to perform Monthly Inspections of the fire safety equipment, as required by the British Columbia Fire Code. All report forms will be provided by Sterling Fire. We will also provide Fire Drill procedures and reports, as well as Incident and Accident reports. Information - We can provide information for residents about what to do in the event of fire, kitchen safety and fire control, and burn information, complete with first aid procedures. NOTE: Emergency Call Outs - Most emergency and after hours call outs can be taken care of within one hour, which includes travel and repair time. Our one hour minimum call out rate, compared to a four hour minimum call out rate that you may already have, will save you money that can be better spent on your Annual Inspection. By signing an Annual Service Agreement, you can put this potential savings into effect.
